Fashion and Textile Product Creation Thesis

Course content

Learn all the necessary steps and methods to elaborate a professional textile project. Create a brand, capsule, or collection, following our complete program.

First, we will develop an initial idea, and then we will find the leitmotiv of the project. We will build a sketchbook, to define the designs of the collection and the collection, and the looks.

We will make, from scratch, all the patterns to measure, in order to build physical prototypes. At the same time, we will define a chart of fabrics that are in accordance with the structure of our garments. We will create the product description and the cost estimate, in order to evaluate the market cost.

Elaboration and construction of the final product, with all the necessary tailoring to make the garments efficient. We will learn how to use the finishes that embellish the image of our collection so that they are in accordance with our design and the fabrics chosen.

We will create a presentation, photography, and final artwork, based on the communicative particularities of each project.

It includes the possibility of creating a logo and the initial branding of the brand.

The Fashion Thesis of Atelier Meravelles, helps people to boost their project, as it allows them to acquire global knowledge, and gain total autonomy in fashion design.
